The Graduate Academy (GA) of Otto von Guericke University is the central service institution on the topic of careers within and outside academia after the doctorate.

We support you in gaining targeted extracurricular qualifications, in making important career decisions and in networking with other postdocs in order to achieve your scientific independence. We guide you in discovering your talents and aligning them with your personal extra-professional aspirations.

Qualification

Each year, we offer a variety of workshops for interdisciplinary qualification. In your role as a postdoc, you will have the opportunity to further qualify yourself for a career within and outside of academia.
