Coaching and Peer Counseling

The "Doc AG" offers a platform for the development of strategies for conflict management in everyday professional life and, beyond that, for the exchange about individual career paths of young female scientists. In regular meetings, female researchers from different disciplines reflect on current critical situations in the research project or on the career path as well as on other professionally relevant topics such as work-life balance.

This (more than just) professional exchange is supported by group coaching sessions (every four to six weeks) with an independent supervisor. Furthermore, the Doc AG is supported by experienced postdocs. In addition, the members of the group are always in contact with each other via different platforms so that they can support each other in their daily work. Our Doc AG serves to build up and sustainably deepen an interdisciplinary support network for young female scientists and we are happy to accept further interested women from all disciplines!
