Invitaion to this year's handover ceremony – the torch is passed to the next generation - a special moment when the new cohort joins the program, the graduating class is bid farewell, and all generations of the COMETiN network come together.

Look forward to:

• Exchange & Networking: Hear exciting stories, share your own experiences, and talk to women from all cohorts.
• Inspiration & Involvement: New ideas for career paths and female leadership, framed by a welcome address from the Graduate Academy and the ceremonial handover.
• Community & Outlook: Celebrate together, welcome the new cohort, honor the graduates—and make contacts that will last beyond the event.

The afternoon will conclude with snacks and drinks in a relaxed atmosphere.
