University:Future Festival 2024

-

HFD_UF_Festival_2024_KeyVisualPreparations for the University:Future Festival (U:FF) from June 5 - 7, 2024 are in full swing! Under the motto "Tales of Tomorrow", we will shed light on how future narratives shape our reality. The festival has been a great success in recent years.

The University Future Festival (U:FF) is planned as a hybrid event: the entire content of the program can be fully experienced online. At the same time, stages throughout Germany will enable encounters on site. The program is largely based on submissions from our communities. It will be rounded off by outstanding VIP speakers. The festival will be held bilingually in German and English.

What you can expect:

  • Around 300 lectures, workshops, discussions and training sessions;
  • Over 4,000 active participants;
  • Focus on didactics, artificial intelligence, futuring, strategy development, future skills, learning architectures and much more;
  • Unique networking opportunities with experts and like-minded people..

The U:FF is organized by the Hochschulforum Digitalisierung (HFD) and the Stiftung Innovation in der Hochschullehre (StIL). It is supported by the Stifterverband (SV).

A hybrid festival with five physical locations!

In 2024, we are rethinking spaces. The festival is designed according to the digital-first principle: the entire content program can only be fully experienced online. At the same time, five in-person stages in Berlin, Bochum, Heilbronn, Leipzig and Nuremberg will enable on-site exchange. Participation is free of charge in person and digitally.

Take part:

  • Call for Participation: Share your ideas and expertise! The call runs until February 12, 2024 and the festival is also looking for artistic submissions and objects to experience and experiment with. Here is an overview of all current calls.
  • Register for the University:Future Festival 2024 free of charge. Online and in-person tickets are now available.
