Group coaching for scientists, doctoral students and post docs
In the group coaching for scientists, doctoral students and post docs, conflict situations from everyday work life are presented and worked on together in a solution- and problem-oriented way. The group consists of female participants from the academic environment with different professional backgrounds. Under the direction of Birgitta Wildenauer (SOFI-P, Magdeburg), lively group methods such as psychodrama are used to re-enact topics, questions and conflict situations and to work on them collectively.
