Cordial invitation to the general assembly of all doctoral candidates
The doctoral student representation is an interest group. It supports doctoral candidates in their concerns and establishes interdisciplinary and inter-faculty exchange. Its members also consult with each other in order to make recommendations to university bodies. It participates in the Council of the Graduate Academy of Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg and attends the meetings of the Senate and the Faculty Councils in an advisory capacity. For example, it is given the opportunity to comment on draft doctoral regulations before they are passed.
In order to improve networking and create an active exchange, the doctoral student representatives invite doctoral students from all faculties to a
- Get-together on April 24, 2024 in
- Lecture Hall 6 of the Faculty of Human Sciences (Building 40/44)
- 2-4 pm.
Various people involved in doctoral studies will be present to answer questions. These include the doctoral student representatives, the psychosocial student advisory service and the Graduate Academy represented by Barbara Witter.
We are looking forward to stimulating discussions about doctoral studies at OVGU and look forward to seeing you there.
