National Cultures in Management Research
The aim of our Doc AG is the frequent exchange regarding research in the field of national cultures within management science. Inspired by the work of renowned scientists such as Hull (1966) and Hofstede (1982) our research projects deal with the influence of national cultures on various (effect-) interrelations in organizations. Our group’s research spectrum ranges from rapid-internationalization under scarcity of resources to diversity efects up to management successes in non-profit organizations.
Our AG would not only like to maintain the frequent exchange within the group, but moreover stay in purposeful contact with scientists outside of the OVGU. Through collective excursions and inviting speakers and scientists from our research field we especially would like to encourage this exchange.
