Target Group

PhD candidates in an early phase of their project (i.e. in the first year)

Objective

As a PhD candidate you are the project manager of your own PhD project. This workshop supplies you with the tools you need to plan and execute your PhD project as effectively and efficiently as possible. You will discuss and test basic strategies and tools for a good project and time management. This will enable you to better organize yourself and your workload. In addition, we will also cover communicating productively with supervisors and the wider research community, the structured reading and writing of academic papers, as well as how to stay motivated throughout your PhD.

Free of charge for doctoral students and postdocs in Magdeburg.

Please note that without your timely cancellation of your participation and/or in case of your non-appearance on the day of the event, we would be obliged to claim the pro-rata costs of the event incurred in relation to your person as damages.
